MSB Group has recently finished the heating & plumbing install of 22 new homes in Helston, Cornwall
MSB Group were commissioned by the developer, Boss Property Group Ltd, to undertake all of the heating and plumbing within the properties. In accordance with the developer’s environmental statement, we installed Grant Air Source Heat Pumps in all of the dwellings, using Maincor underfloor heating in the lower levels and Grant Afina radiators on the first floors in order to maximise efficiency.
