James joined MSB in April 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the business. His commercial insight, professionalism, and strategic thinking have had a significant impact across the company — strengthening MSB’s commercial performance and supporting sustainable growth.
In his new role, James will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, including developing commercial strategies, managing contracts, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong client relationships. He will also play a key role in cost management, risk identification, and ensuring that every project remains commercially robust, within budget, and delivered to the highest quality standards.
